From the Address Book tab, the Select command lets you select all, verified only, or non-verified addresses to delete, run address verification, print, or export.
Steps
From the Address Book tab, select Edit > Select.
Select one of the following options:
All: Selects all the addresses on the list.
Verified: Verified addresses that have been successfully matched against the USPS database and have had their ZIP+4 added.
Non-Verified: Addresses that were not successfully matched with an address in the USPS database.
